Here’s a quick run-down of some of the great ministries taking place at River Church. . . .

Children’s Classes
Our children’s classes are full of fun for kids of all ages! We love kids and want to minister to each of them at their age level. For safety purposes, all children are checked in and out of classes by parents/guardians only. Listed below are the age groups and the times they meet.

• Pre-school (ages 3 years through Kindergarten)

  • Sunday Mornings at 10:00 a.m. (open 30 min. before service)

  • Wednesday Evenings at 7:00 p.m. (open 15 min. before service)

• Children’s Church (children Grades 1 – 5)

  • Sunday Mornings at 10:00 a.m. (open 30 min. before service)

  • Wednesday Evenings at 7:00 p.m. (open 15 min. before service)

Food Ministry
River Church sponsors various food distributions throughout the year. Blessings are given to church families who are then able to bless others.

Highway Clean-Up
River Church has “adopted” the highway in front of our church. About 4 times a year, we join together and clean-up Highway 65 in front of our church. We also consider this our “prayer walk” because we are praying over our highway while we are picking up the trash.

Ladies Bible Fellowship
Ladies, you are invited to come to a Bible Study and fellowship time on Tuesday mornings. Coffee and fellowship begin at 9:30 a.m., with Bible Study starting at 10:00 a.m.

Men’s Breakfast
Men, you are invited to come to our monthly breakfast, which is scheduled for the second Saturday of each month at 8:00 a.m. Bring a friend and come for a time of good food and good fellowship!

Nursery
River Church has a great nursery program! We have two different nurseries available (Infants and Toddlers) so that Moms can enjoy the service without concern for their children. The nurseries open 15 minutes before each service.

Youth Group
The River Church Youth Group meets every Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. Along with the regular Wed. night meetings, there are various “fun” functions throughout the year, as well as camps and other trips.
